At Sexy Secrets, we want to make your shopping experience an enjoyable one. We make sure that products are in complete working order before they leave our warehouse to ensure that your purchase arrives to you in full working order prior to it being shipped.
Please choose carefully before you finalize any purchase however. Due to health and hygiene reasons we are unable to offer you an exchange policy for simply a change of mind on personal products dispatched.
If for some reason your purchase is faulty, you can return it to us for exchange.
EXCHANGES WILL NOT BE GIVEN IF THE ITEM HAS BEEN MIS-USED OR DAMAGED BY THE USER. Refer to our Terms & Conditions for more information regarding exchanges.
Australia Post and any other logistics partner is responsible for products that are damaged once sent from our warehouse and is in transit, however all care is taken to ensure that your purchases arrives to you as they were sent. Stock is shipped to you in a padded postage satchel (or cardboard boxes for larger items ordered), fully sealed and protected for the safety and security of your purchase.

If returning, your item must be sent back to us complete in its original packaging along with a copy of your receipt within 14 days of you receiving your purchase. You should also email us with your details and a description of the fault prior to returning your item for exchange. We can be contacted at email@example.com . Any purchases after this return period must be sent directly to the manufacturer for refunds or exchanges.
There are some simple checks that you should perform before returning your adult product to us.
Make sure your batteries are inserted correctly and in the position shown on the product.
Ensure that you have the correct batteries inserted.
Make sure that the battery compartment is closed and sealed properly.
Make sure that the batteries are fully charged when testing (some batteries will lose charge if they are not used before their advised use by date).
Ensure that the batteries look in good working condition and no corrosion exits.
Read the product instructions either on or inside the packaging for further trouble shooting assistance. The manufactureres website may also help when troubleshooting.
If your product is not deemed to be faulty and you have not performed these simple checks e.g. correct battery placement etc prior to returning it, you will be liable for all postage costs for the return including any additional costs associated with your product return.
