Are my personal details kept private and confidential?

Yes. Your privacy is extremely important to us. We do not sell, share, or provide your personal information to third parties.

All orders are processed securely, and we handle dispatch directly from our own location. We do not dropship from external suppliers, helping us maintain control over your order and privacy.

We do not store credit card details or sensitive financial information. All online payments are securely processed through trusted payment gateways.

What appears on my credit card statement?

We use a discreet billing name for all online credit card transactions. The billing name shown on your statement will appear as "Tinapher Towers" and will not reference an adult store.

All parcels are sent in plain, non-see-through packaging or Australia Post packaging (depending on order size), with a discreet return address and no indication of the contents.

We are committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring a discreet shopping experience from checkout through to delivery.

For in-store purchases made via our EFTPOS terminal, the transaction will appear as Epping Books on your statement.

Are all catalogue items kept in stock?

Yes. We generally carry stock of most products listed on our website and can often supply orders on the same day they are placed.

Our inventory is regularly updated, and when an item sells out, it will usually be removed or marked unavailable on the product page as soon as possible.

On the rare occasion that we cannot fulfil an order, our customer service team will contact you within one business day to discuss your options.

You can choose from the following:

a. Cancel your order and receive a full refund.

b. Select a similar replacement product that is currently available, with no additional cost to you if applicable.

c. Wait a few additional days while we arrange for your product to arrive into our warehouse.

Do you provide discreet and anonymous parcel delivery?

Yes. At Sexy Secrets, we take your privacy seriously.

All online orders are sent in plain, discreet packaging with no store name or product details displayed on the outside of the parcel. Deliveries are sent using Australia Post parcel services for reliable and secure delivery Australia-wide.

Parcel Tracking

All customer orders are collected from our warehouse and shipped through Australia Post.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information so you can monitor your delivery.

You can track your parcel through Australia Post's tracking service.

What are the delivery charges?

We send orders through Australia Post for reliable delivery throughout Australia.

  • Orders over $100 qualify for free standard shipping Australia-wide.

  • Orders under $100 are charged a flat shipping rate of $10 Australia-wide.

When will I receive my order?

Orders placed before 5pm EST Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) are generally dispatched the same day.

Orders placed after this time will be dispatched on the next business day.

Delivery times vary depending on your location. Most major capital cities receive deliveries within approximately 48 hours, while regional areas may take up to five business days.

Where possible, we use Australia Post Express Post services to provide faster delivery.

Do I need to be present to sign for my order?

Your parcel will be delivered to the address provided during checkout.

If you are unavailable when delivery is attempted, Australia Post may leave a collection card or redirect the parcel to your local Australia Post outlet for collection.

You will need suitable identification to collect your parcel.

Do you deliver outside Australia?

No. At this stage, Sexy Secrets only delivers within Australia.

Do you ship to P.O. Boxes?

Yes. We can deliver to P.O. Boxes within Australia.

If your parcel is too large to fit inside your P.O. Box, Australia Post may leave a collection notice so you can collect your order from your local outlet.

Do you match competitor prices?

How does Click and Collect work?

To place a Click and Collect order, browse our online store and add your chosen products to your cart.

During checkout, select Local Click and Collect (Epping) as your delivery option and complete your order.

Once your order is ready for collection, we will contact you using the email address or phone number provided during checkout.

Click and Collect provides a convenient and discreet way to shop online and collect your order from our Sexy Secrets Epping store.

In store transactions made via our EFTPOS sales terminal will appear as (location) Books. For instance a Purchase made from the Carrum Downs shop with show as Carrum Downs Books on your statement.

Yes, we generally have full inventory of most items listed on our site and we are able to supply on most occasions the same day you place your order. Our database is kept up to date and as soon as an item sells out, on most occasions that item will disappear from the product page immediately.

On the rare occasion that we are unable to fulfil a customer order, our customer service team will contact you within one working day of you completing your cart, and seek your further advice.

You can then choose one of the following options:

a. Cancel your order for a complete refund.

b. Order a similar substitute that we have in stock at that time with no loss to yourself.

c. Wait a few extra days whilst we order your product to arrive at our warehouse. 

At Sexy Secrets we pride ourselves on keeping your personal details safe and secure. All orders are sent in non-descript plain packaging with the no store name printed on the address label. Deliveries are always sent to you in a discreet fast method with Australia Post parcel services.


Parcel Tracking

All customer orders are collected from our warehouse daily and shipped via Australia Post for fast accurate delivery Australia wide (www.auspost.com.au for tracking). You will receive notification when your order has been dispatched along with a provided tracking number. 

We dispatch orders through our logistics partner Australia Post. Aust Post parcel services provide reliable, fast, deliveries.

• All orders over $100 are delivered freight free across all of Australia on standard postal delivery. 
• Orders under $100 will be sent at a flat rate of $10 anywhere within Australia.

All orders received prior to 5pm.. EST are shipped same day Monday to Friday (Excl. Public Holidays). Orders received after 5pm will dispatch the following day. Allow up to 48 hours delivery to major capital cities with the exception of Perth which may take a little longer to arrive. For regional zones allow a maximum of five (5) working days for your order to arrive. We generally ship via Australia Post Express Post Services. 

Your parcel will be sent directly to the address you provided on checkout and you are not required to be there waiting for the order to arrive. If you are not there to receive your parcel, the courier will leave a card with instructions as to where your item was re-directed. Take the card provided with you to your local Australia Post office complete with ID and you will be able to collect your order from the clerk.

No. At this stage we only ship within Australia.

Yes within Australia only. If you want the convenience and discreet nature of shipping to a P.O. Box, we will send it there as per your wishes. A card may be left in place of the parcel if the box is too small to contain your delivery and you will be able to collect from the postal clerk.

Sexy Secrets store

To place a Click and Collect order, browse our online store and follow the process as if you were placing a regular web order. Add your desired item/items to cart and when you are on the shipping page you simply select 'Local Click and Collect (Carrum Downs)' instead of shipping and follow the prompts to finish placing your order. 

When your order is ready to be collected you will receive a notification from us via the email and or phone number you provided to us at checkout.

Please Note: During the COVID-19 Pandemic, our click and collect service is Contactless, meaning our retail store is closed to the public so you need to remain in your Vehicle when picking up a Click and Collect order. 

This also means our staff are working on reduced hours fulfilling Click and Collect orders so an agreed pick time that suits both yourself and our staff will need to be arranged prior to you collecting your order.
