Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a product that has a major failure, and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the product repaired or replaced if it fails to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

If you believe a product is faulty, we encourage you to inspect your purchase and notify us as soon as possible. While we recommend contacting us within 14 days, your rights under the Australian Consumer Law are not limited to this timeframe. The applicable period will depend on the nature of the product, the price paid, and any representations made at the time of purchase.

We will not provide a refund, exchange, or repair where a product has been damaged through misuse, neglect, or abnormal use.

Change of Mind

We do not offer refunds for change of mind, so please choose carefully before making your purchase.

Out of Stock Products

From time to time, some products may be out of stock or unavailable, and we may not be able to fulfil all or part of your order. If this occurs, we will refund the amount paid for the affected product(s).

We may also withdraw or suspend the sale of any product displayed on our website, either temporarily or permanently, at any time. If payment has already been processed for a withdrawn or suspended product, we will refund the amount paid.

Proof of Purchase
